Hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.
We want you to love every Viché purchase. If an item is not right for you, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, contact our care team with your order number. Approved returns receive a prepaid label for eligible domestic orders.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Opened or used skincare and cosmetics may not be eligible for return for hygiene reasons, except where required by law.
